Dear Reader,

Awhile ago I won 300Points from a certain contest and have been wondering what to do with them, so I came to the only logical conclusion. Contest time!

I am going to ask a series of seemingly random questions and the first one to guess the correct answer gets;

Bullet; Blue Correct answer for first question: 20Points.
Bullet; Green Correct answer for second question: 40Points.
Bullet; Yellow Correct answer for third question: 60Points.
Bullet; Orange Correct answer for fourth question: 80Points.
Bullet; Red Correct answer for fifth question: 100Points.

Due to a couple days food poisoning followed by a couple days procrastination this took longer than expected, but question two is finally here!

Bullet; White Bullet; Black What is the name of the classic children's book set in Prince Edward Island? Bullet; Black Bullet; White

Thank you to anyone who took time out of their lives to read this.

While you're at it, you can also stop and check out my gallery for some amateur writing and photography, I trust you not to wrongly judge my work. Any comments are gladly welcome.

Have a great life.
Good bye.
Sincerely, LiterateKat

Dear Reader,

I've been offline for the past two weeks. Sorry. Anyway though I'm back. I was a bit stuck up with school and work, but I'm good now.

One of the first things I noticed upon my return was that I had received an honorable mention in this Question Contest Winners! We have our results of our six word story contest on the theme of: 'Questions'! :la:
Firstly, thank you to everyone for submitting to this contest! There were so many fantastic entries, but we cannot feature them all! Please feel free to read all of the submissions here, though!

Anyway, like I said, I am as of today back online and plan to stay that way for the foreseeable future. Probably.

Dear Reader,

I haven't been up to much lately, but I thought it would be nice to give a quick update on what I've been doing, what I'm currently doing, and what I plan on doing.

First of all, I went to the optometrist. It's official, I now have to wear glasses all the time. Being near sighted is great (sigh).

Also, I'm currently in the middle of writing a short story type thing, which I should have up on deviantART in a few days at most. I'm calling it Just Killing Time.

Excerpt time.

"So, Mr. Tick," Earlie addressed the large, antique grandfather clock infront of her, "I've heard a lot of interesting rumours lately about you around the house. Specifically, an interesting one from Mrs. Beep in my bedroom," she leaned in close, giving her best attempt at a death stare, "You wouldn't happen to know anything about this, would you?"

Earlie could be quite intimidating when she wanted to, but alas, it seemed despite his frail age that Mr. Tick had an Iron Will regardless of his brass components, accompanied by a killer poker face.

She had been expecting that though.

"Ahhhh wellllll, I was hoping I wouldn't have to do this, Mr. Tick, but it seems you leave me with no choice," Earlie pulled her phone out from her pocket and started scrolling through her photo gallery until she found the picture she had been looking for. "You see this, Mr. Tick?" she asked him deviously, turning her phone so that the screen was facing the clock in question, "This is a photo of someone who I happen to know carries quite a bit of sentimental value to you. I'm sure you recognize Ms. Tock?"

Keep in mind this is still subject to change.

Anyway, like I said, it's going to be quite short. Afterwards I might do some more poetry.

Thank you to anyone who took time out of their lives to read this.

Dear Reader,

Recently I've seen a lot of these personality tests going around and thought I'd try it out myself.
The results were grimmer than I expected.

You can take the test here -> www.deviantart.com/users/outgo…
Also, you can see what characters share your personality here -> www.deviantart.com/users/outgo…

My Personality Type: INTJ (Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging)
Variant: Assertive
Role: Analyst

"It's lonely at the top, and being one of the rarest and most strategically capable personality types, INTJs know this all too well. INTJs form just two percent of the population, and women of this personality type are especially rare, forming just 0.8% of the population - it is often a challenge for them to find like-minded individuals who are able to keep up with their relentless intellectualism and chess-like maneuvering. People with the INTJ personality type are imaginative yet decisive, ambitious yet private, amazingly curious, but they do not squander their energy."

At first this seemed untrue to me, but upon further reading I grew to see that this happened to be quite accurate.

"Have you ever wondered why...

  • ...you do not mind being alone, but social situations exhaust you?
  • ...romantic relationships often confuse and frustrate you, even though you are normally very imaginative?
  • ...you sometimes find out that you have good leadership skills, even though you dislike being the center of attention?
  • ...your insights and big ideas are often misunderstood?
  • ...you often have difficulties understanding how other people feel?
  • ...you are not quite sure how to reach your full potential in a world that does not always value your insights?
  • ...your friends sometimes say they find it difficult to decipher your thoughts?
  • ...you tend to do things in a slow and steady way?
  • ...you rarely get stressed and often wonder why most of your friends seem to be more obsessed with success?
  • ...you are relatively happy and satisfied with your life, but you often find it difficult to get excited?
  • ...you seem to have an unsettling “dark side” that only comes out in rare circumstances?"

On the bright side though, I seem to share this characteristic with a lot of villainous, devious, and mysterious fictional characters.

Famous INTJs:

Vladimir Putin
Paul Krugman
Rudy Giuliani
Donald Rumsfeld
Colin Powell
Samantha Power
Lance Armstrong
Richard Gere
Arnold Schwarzenegger
Thomas Jefferson
John F. Kennedy
Woodrow Wilson
Augustus Caesar
Hannibal

Fictional INTJs:

"Walter White" ("Heisenberg") from Breaking Bad (Good to know I have the possibility of drug dealing as an alternate career path)
"Gandalf the Grey" from The Lord of the Rings
"Katniss Everdeen" from The Hunger Games
"Hannibal" and "Clarice Starling" from Silence of the Lambs (Because human flesh is delicious)
"Professor Moriarty," Sherlock Holmes' enemy
"Gregory House" from House M.D.

Also, for anime/manga/cartoon lovers, I apparently share this personality with:

Erwin Smith from Attack on Titan
Ciel Phantomhive from Blackbutler
Lelouch vi Britannia from Code Geass
Vicious from Cowboy Bebop
Light Yagami and Near from Death Note
Shiho Miyano/Ai Haibara from Detective Conan
Roy Mustang from Fullmetal Alchemist
Naru from Ghost Hunt
Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing from Hellsing
Rose Lalonde and Dirk Strider from Homestuck (It's a webcomic, but whatever)
Satsuki Kiryuin from Kill la Kill
Princess Celestia from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (Aw, yeeeeeeeeeah!)
Danzō Shimura from Naruto
Nico Robin from One Piece
Kyubey from Puella Magi Madoka Magica

Trust me, this test is incredibly accurate and if you want to know more about yourself I highly suggest you take it. But beware, as ignorance is bliss.

Thank you to anyone who took time out of their lives to read this.
